WPT Event to Compete with WSOP in Las Vegas
The partypoker co-branded $565 buy-in event promises $1 million in guaranteed prize money with $200,000 to the winner.
- The World Poker Tour (WPT) has announced a new event described as “partypoker presents: WPT500 at ARIA”
- The tournament has a low $500 +$65 buy in and will guarantee a prize pool of $1m with a minimum of $200k to the winner.
- The event is going head to head with some popular events in the WSOP schedule. The $1,111 The Little One for One Drop, $1,500 10-Game Mix Six Handed, $1,500 NLHE and $10k PLO tournaments all run that week.
