Deposit Restrictions Hamper WSOP Day 1

It has been just over 24 hours since the official launch of WSOP.com, Nevada’s second legal online poker site, and while residents and visitors to the state of Nevada have been able to log on and play for real-money, the launch has not been without its initial hiccups.

  • Reports surfaced of problems depositing via major bank credit cards.
  • ACH transfers currently have a $500 per day maximum deposit limit.
  • WSOP has indicated that depositing issues are being worked on and that, once resolved, deposit limits would “likely be fixed as well.”
