Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul is the latest high-profile figure to come out against the Restoration of America’s Wire Act (RAWA). “I’m opposed to restrictions on online gambling. The government needs to stay out of that business,” Paul stated in an interview with The Alpha Pages.

Paul’s stance is not much of a surprise given his libertarian background, and the fact that RAWA intrudes on state’s rights. Still, the more vocal opposition to RAWA the better.
