The Global Poker Index (GPI) continues its entry into every facet of the poker world with the acquisition of a popular Facebook page dedicated to poker and the launch of webcasts presented by Lacey Jones.

Two weeks ago GPI announced an agreement with CineSport to produce “poker-centric video content” for the digital video provider that has over 7 million viewers in the US.

The first webcast titled “This Week in Poker” lasts less than two and a half minutes and gives a quick roundup of the live tournament events coming up next week (embedded below).
