Sweden has submitted its bill to liberalize its gambling laws to the European Commission. The new rules, which include a reasonable 18% gaming duty on licensed operators and sensible measures for consumer projection, will be followed by regulations which will supplement the law.

Sweden has submitted its bill to liberalize its gambling laws to the European Commission for consideration, sticking to its timetable of adopting the bill in 2019.
