At a press conference to open a new iGaming lounge, the Chairman of the Resorts Casino in Atlantic City, Morris Bailey, announced that PokerStars was close to being approved to operate in New Jersey.

Bailey also told the assembled journalists that when PokerStars received operating approval it would be creating a PokerStars Live! poker room at the casino. “When PokerStars is approved, we will be building a world-class poker room and they will bring many of their worldwide tournaments to Atlantic City,” he said.
