On June 20, partypoker overhauled its loyalty program to reward more players on the site. Under the new program — which the operator had teased two months ago — players now need to earn just 10 points to start receiving weekly cashback requiring players to rake in as low as $1.50.

This makes it much easier for low-volume casual players to start earning cashback, which, under the previous system, had to wager on at least $25 in rake. The operator says only 20% of its players earned rewards previously. With the new system, the operator expects nearly half of the player pool to receive weekly cashback.

Not only will more players start receiving cashback, but they will earn more points than before. Under the previous system, players made 1 point per $1 in rake generated. Now, all players earn a minimum of 2 points for every dollar in rake generated and 4 points at the operator’s fast-fold tables, which the operator calls fastforward.

In addition, new players will also be receiving boosts of up to 70% to help them get started earning points faster, and a separate program has been launched for SPINS players.

The operator has also increased the maximum cashback a player can earn. Previously, the percentage was capped at 40% for regular players — this has now been increased to 55%. The weekly cashout and other mechanisms stay the same. Players will continue to receive cashback rewards every Monday.
