The trend is much the same as observed last month — PA online poker has been boosted by the introduction of WSOP PA (on the Harrah’s license) ten months ago. Other operators in the market are down approximately 25%.

There is little change in market share in June. PokerStars PA (Mount Airy) still dominates with a 62% market share, but revenue is down 20% year-over-year. WSOP’s share is 27%, in line with the last five months.

The remaining 11% is split between BetMGM Poker PA (9%) and Borgata Poker PA (2%) — they are down 30% and 21% year-over-year, respectively.

There’s no significant change to the makeup of the market. The basket of operators on Hollywood (which includes the big hitters BetMGM and DraftKings) remains the clear market leader with 42% of all revenue. Casinos on Rivers-Philadelphia and Valley Forge are second and third in the market, respectively.

Perhaps the most notable standout from June is Harrah’s, which hosts Caesars Online Casino PA. It grew its revenue month-over-month — one of only two to achieve this feat in the off-season — and it was enough to jump ahead of Stars Casino PA (on the Mount Airy license) to take seventh in the market.
