British gambling giant Grosvenor is hosting the online edition of the popular Goliath Main Event on its poker platform for the second year in a row. The biggest live poker tournament in Europe is taking place virtually from August 25 to 30. It features a moderate buy-in of £110 and boasts an ambitious £250,000 guarantee.
The popular UK-based low stakes competition is held for the 11th time and exclusively runs on the Grosvenor Poker online poker client, which resides on the iPoker network. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the tournament was moved online for the first time in 2020.
“The Goliath returns online for the second time, and what we hope will be the final year before we go back to hosting the Goliath live in 2022,” the promotion page on the Grosvenor Casino website states.
