The Mixed Games Festival, a small live poker event to be held in Las Vegas next month, will give away a Platinum Pass to the PokerStars Players No Limit Hold’em Championship (PSPC). It marks the first new Platinum Pass promotion in 18 months.

The Mixed Game Festival, organized by Robbie Strazynski, owner of the Cardplayer Lifestyle website, will take place at the Westgate Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, from October 4 to 7. it coincides with the World Series of Poker, which starts in two weeks.

The festival is a hybrid event: The first three days will be cash games open to all, with plans to run games for 72 hours straight, all dealt as Dealers Choice. The final day will be a single HORSE tournament with a $200 buy-in. Players who participated in cash games will get extra chips at the tournament; 25 hours of cash game play will result in a double chip stack.
