PokerStars has slotted in another Bounty Builder Series (BBS) in the global dot-com market, with $30 million guaranteed across 208 tournaments. The festival got underway last week and concludes on October 19.

Total guarantees match the record set last year, while the number of events has fallen slightly from 213 to 208. This set the average event guarantee at an all-time high of $144k.

The schedule consists of 182 numbered events. Most are one-offs but a few of the key events are split over three tiers, with low, medium and high buy-ins.

The buy-in range continues to narrow. Last year, the operator started buy-ins at the traditional $1.10 and removed the high rollers, with the top buy-in set at $1050. This year, that low end was brought up: The cheapest events start with a buy-in of $5.50. The new $1050 max remains.
