888

Online poker giant 888 inked another deal to expand its brand to live play last week as it announced a partnership with the largest poker venue in Europe, the King’s Casino in the Czech Republic.

The deal, which appears to focus on mostly low buy-in tournaments frequented by recreational players, follows a similar deal last month when 888 announced a branding deal with the land-based Aspers Casino in London.

Last week also saw 888 partner with the Swedish Poker Federation to host the online segment of the Swedish Poker Championships in an attempt to “strengthen the brand in Sweden.”
