Ourgame’s regulatory statement on the transaction indicates that all the WPT assets are included in the sale; “a television production, brand licensing, online service and tour management company which, together with its subsidiaries, produces high quality poker and online entertainment content under the ‘World Poker Tour’ (or ‘WPT’) global premier brand.”
