Everleaf Director Michael Zwi Oros has been arrested in Malta and charged with misappropriating €800k of player funds and non-payment of gaming taxes and fees.

33 year old Oros was granted bail, ordered to pay a €10,000 deposit plus provide a €10,000 personal guarantee and banned from leaving the island.

Joseph Cuschieri, Executive Chairman of the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA), said that “the Malta Police have now managed to arrest one of the two directors of Everleaf and is committed to continue with its efforts in bringing to justice the other director who were ultimately responsible for the operations of Everleaf.”
