Partypoker has announced the first expansion of its Hot Tables feature and expanded its availability. As of May 14, Hot Tables are now appearing on seven stakes instead of four and the maximum prize up for grabs has increased to $1000.

Furthermore, the operator has also launched a new time-gated promotion in Magic Cards, which gives its players more ways to boost their bankrolls. Magic Cards went live on May 12 and will run until June 1, 2021.

These changes came only days prior to the required alias change for all its players and the start of the WPT Online festival.

Hot Tables was implemented on the global partypoker client on March 11, replacing the traditional daily cash game leaderboards. It is the operator’s take on the cash drop feature that randomly splashes prizes at cash game tables.

Since its implementation, more than 250,000 Hot Tables have been triggered across the four available stakes.

“It has been great to see the positive response on Hot Tables from players. Expanding to additional stakes will help ensure even more players get to experience this great new feature,” Ross McQuater, partypoker’s Head of Poker Product, said in the press release from the operator.

“There will be more updates coming soon to help make Hot Tables even more engaging for players,” he added.
