The series is already well underway, featuring a total of 16 numbered events, with most offering multiple Day 1s. Buy-ins range from $5.50 to $530 and though the operator has moved away from revealing series guarantees, PRO understands that the series promises $2.2 million in prize money.
“The Grand Prix KO Series offers a fantastic chance for players of all bankrolls to compete for prizes,” Chris Donnachie, Head of Poker Room Management at partypoker, told PRO. “For example, offering buy-ins as low as $5.50, while still providing a $500,000 guaranteed Main Event and a High Roller event, shows we have a balanced schedule where there is value for players and something for everyone.”
