France and Spain’s online poker market leader Winamax is making a return to the live poker scene, with sponsorship of the Marca Poker Live event that will take place in Madrid, Spain in November of this year.

There are four Day 1s before playing down to a Day 2 and and a final Day 3 to allow lots of players to participate safely. It is the live companion to the popular daily Marca Poker morning radio show, also sponsored by Winamax, on the Radio Marca station.

“Winamax and Marca Poker Live have had a very smooth agreement for their partnership,” Mathieur Duran, Winamax’s Live Event Manager, told PRO. “We have been partners since the creation of the Marca Poker Radio program, and we are on excellent terms with Casino Gran Via.”

“This partnership simply makes sense. This is an opportunity for us to join forces with the return of live poker in a magnificent venue for a very promising tournament,” Duran further added.

The tournament has a buy-in of €300, and satellites are now running online on the Winamax online poker platform, with one guaranteed seat in a €30 unlimited re-entry tournament scheduled every Monday.
