As one of the first major live poker event operators to announce its 2022 schedule, the World Poker Tour has confirmed its stops for the first half of the upcoming Season XX of WPT.

Included are three Main Tour stops on American soil, accompanied by one special event on the Asian poker app PokerKing. The WPTDeepStacks is also slated to host three festivals on three different continents in the months to come.

The WPT decided to run its seasons according to the calendar year as of 2022 and will commence its 20th season shortly. Two of the upcoming stops will be held at the Seminole Hard Rock & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, while the WPT Choctaw in Durant, Oklahoma has also been a fixture on the tour schedule for several years as well.

“We could not be happier to be launching our historic 20th anniversary with an amazing partner in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood,” said Adam Pliska, WPT CEO in a recent press release. “We have a number of special initiatives planned for the rest of the year to give the poker community amazing ways to celebrate with us.”
