The US-facing offshore Winning Poker Network has launched the staking feature in its latest software update. As the name suggests, it allows players to buy and sell action at multi-table tournaments and is integrated within the poker client.
The operator acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the seller, helping players set up their pieces of tournament action with no additional cost.
Currently, the staking feature is available in beta mode and is not yet functional. The operator states that tournaments with staking ability will be added soon.
It becomes the second network to introduce this feature to its client. GGPoker first launched it in 2018.
