One of the largest affiliate networks, Poker Affiliate Solutions—now known as PAS.net—has informed the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) that it has complied with the order to cease and desist marketing unlicensed US facing gambling sites.

In April, the DGE sent cease and desist letters to many of the larger affiliates which it had identified as breaching the regulations.

In June, it announced a form of amnesty for affiliates on condition that they stopped marketing “illegal online gambling sites.”
