The Danish Gambling Authority has announced that changes to gaming laws approved by parliament will be published in translation on their website by the end of January.

The gaming taxes will be collected monthly instead of weekly—a change which will reduce bureaucracy and allow operators to earn a little extra interest on their bank balances. There will be no change to the 20% duty rate.

Annual license fees are being made more proportional to gross gaming revenues. The changes will affect operators with revenues above KR100 million ($16 million).
