On Thursday, the Alderney Gaming Control Commission softened its stance on acting as an intermediary between disgruntled players and former licensee Full Tilt Poker, stating that it would continue to accept player complaints.
The announcement follows the AGCC's prior statement on Monday, informing players that – since it no longer licenses Full Tilt – it “no longer has authority to intermediate or arbitrate on player issues or disputes with Full Tilt.”
While this position is retained, the AGCC today announced that, “at the request of the police,” it would continue to log incoming player complaints.” Such records would then be “made available to the police.”
