Third Arrest Related to Black Friday
An Illinois man Bradley Franzen, surrendered to authorities after being indicted on Friday. According to Bloomberg, Franzen “is accused of lying to banks about the nature of the transactions they were processing, and of creating fake companies and websites to disguise payments to poker companies”. Franzen pleaded not guilty and was released on bail.
