Garden City Group Excludes Full Tilt Points, Bonuses and Iron Man Medals
The Garden City Group has announced that it will not consider Full Tilt Points, Iron Man Medals or other bonuses as part of US players balances that will be refunded through the remissions process implemented to compensate the victims of Full Tilt Poker following the site’s collapse after Black Friday.
- “Full Tilt Points were a marketing tool and have no monetary value,” the GCG website states.
- “[T]hey will not be refunded and are not reflected in account balances. Iron Man Medals and similar bonuses will also not be redeemed for their cash value and are not reflected in account balances.”
Trump Casinos Get Permits for Internet Gaming in New Jersey
The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has issued another two internet gaming permits both to Trump properties—Trump Plaza and the Trump Taj Mahal.
- Trump Plaza and the Trump Taj Mahal get online gaming permits from New Jersey’s DGE.
- Ultimate Gaming is the internet gambling partner for the Trump Taj Mahal.
- Betfair is believed to be the partner of Trump Plaza.
Stojanovic Victory Leads Action-Packed Day 7 of WSOPE
The World Series of Poker Europe was in full swing on Thursday with two bracelet events playing down to a winner and two other events hitting their stride.
- Stojanovic defeated Ultimate Poker pro Dan O’Brien in the €5,300 Mixed Max No-Limit Hold’em event after facing a 3-to-1 chip disadvantage at the start of the match.
- The final table of Event #4, the €1,650 Pot-Limit Omaha, found itself with a table full of heavy-hitters including 2-time bracelet winner and Team PokerStars Pro, Jason Mercier.
- Event #6, the €3,250 Mixed Max PLO, gets started today with some of the most recognizable names in the game.
