Clubs Poker Sets a New Guaranteed Tournament Record
Clubs Poker has been one of the leading sweepstakes poker platforms for some time, but it still lacks in terms of player liquidity, which can often impact tournament guarantees in a negative way.
This time around, however, Clubs Poker has gone above and beyond, creating a 50,000 SC guaranteed prize pool for a 250 SC entry, which is the operator’s new tournament record.
The tournament will feature the popular progressive knockout (PKO) format, and players will play No Limit Hold’em throughout the event, despite Clubs Poker being known as the home of mixed games.
Players who sign up to play in The Clubs Major will receive a 10% boost to their starting chip stack, which will go up to 55,000, while all late entries and re-entries will receive a respectable 50,000 in chips.
Win Your Seat in The Clubs Major for Free
The best thing about The Clubs Major is that anyone can play it, whether you have an online poker bankroll or not.
The operator will be throwing a series of satellite tournaments for the event, with buy-ins starting at 0 SC, and a Daily Freeroll is on the schedule to ensure everyone can compete.
Players who enter Stage 1 – The Daily Freeroll will have a chance to win one of the 20 guaranteed Stage 2 tickets, setting them on their way to the event.
Those lucky enough to win a ticket or bold enough to put their money where their mouth is can start their journey at the 5.50 SC level, where 55 SC Stage 3 tickets are up for grabs.
Everyone in Stage 3 will have a fair shot at the 250 SC The Clubs Major entry, with one ticket given away for every 5 players in the running.
Stage 1 satellites will run once every day of October. Stage 2 tournaments will run three times a day, while Stage 3 will only run on October 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, and 24, with the last one ending a single day before the inaugural Clubs Major kicks off.
