Skrill to Respond to Players’ Security Concerns on 2+2
Skrill is planning to respond directly to the community’s concerns over recent security breaches of player accounts, pokerfuse has learned.
In the last month, there have been widespread reports of poker players’ accounts being compromised and significant money stolen. In some instances, account passwords were known by the perpetrators.
In response to an inquiry into their current stance and recommendations to players, a Skrill spokesperson told pokerfuse that a “detailed overview” specifically for the community on poker forum 2+2, where many of the alleged account compromises have been reported, has been prepared, and is expected to be posted by Tuesday at the latest.
In addition, Skrill is in discussions with 2+2 to create a sponsored forum to further field player questions and concerns.
