Nevada Solicits Public Comments on Proposed Internet Gaming Regulations

On Wednesday, the Nevada Gaming Control Board (GCB) released the agenda for a public workshop to discuss proposed internet gaming regulations. The public workshop is in accordance with the Nevada state law passed in June 2011 requiring the Nevada Gaming Commission to adopt a regulatory framework for the licensing of interactive gaming.

The topics that will be discussed include the regulation of interactive gaming and interactive gaming service providers. The meeting will take place on Monday September 26, 2011 at the Gaming Control Board offices in Las Vegas.
