Last Chance! There's Still Time to Win Your PokerStars NAPT Main Event Seat! Last Chance! There's Still Time to Win Your PokerStars NAPT Main Event Seat!

We are now just a few days away from the official start of the PokerStars NAPT festival in Las Vegas — but there’s still a chance to win your seat through a last-minute international qualifier on PokerStars.

The North American Poker Tour by PokerStars is coming back to Las Vegas after 12 years. Action gets underway in Sin City on November 4. The $1,650 Main Event will kick off a couple of days later, on November 6.

This means there is still time to secure your seat in what promises to be an epic poker event. PokerStars has already sent dozens of players to the NAPT, but there is still one more opportunity today — Thursday, November 2 — to secure your seat playing from the comfort of your home.

After that, you will need to be in Las Vegas to take your shot, as there are no more online satellites available. That said, the Resorts World will be hosting a variety of live satellites in the days leading up to the $1.5 million guaranteed Main Event, so everyone in and around the city during this period can still join the action and get involved on a discount.

One Final Shot for PokerStars Players

The Last PokerStars NAPT online satellite runs tonightThe international PokerStars app is hosting one final satellite for the NAPT Main Event. The tournament is scheduled for November 2 and kicks off at 15:00 ET (19:00 UTC). The buy-in is set at $215, and the operator is guaranteeing at least one $5,000 package for the winner.

However, since this is the last online opportunity to qualify, it will likely attract a fair number of players, resulting in a few packages.

The NAPT Package consists of the following:

  • Buy-in for the $1650 NAPT Main Event
  • Seven nights at the Resorts World (November 5 — 12)
  • $720 in cash added to your PokerStars account to cover travel expenses

If buying in directly is outside of your bankroll, there are also many feeder events (starting as low as $5), so you can build your way up to the main satellite. Not much time is left, though, so hurry up and try to catch the last train leaving for Sin City while you still can.

Live Satellites at the Resorts World Kicking In on November 4

The Resorts World in Las Vegas will play host to the NAPT festivities, and there will be plenty of live satellites taking place in the days leading up to the Main Event. Starting from November 4, you will have an opportunity to win your seat at the venue.

The Main Event features six starting flights, the last one (Day 1F) taking place on November 8. Live qualifiers will be available throughout the entire period, including one final satellite taking place just hours prior to the last Day 1 flight.

All satellites feature an identical structure. The buy-in is $390, players start with 10,000 in chips, and as soon as they accumulate 50,000 in their stack, they are awarded the Main Event ticket. These are so-called ‘milestone’ satellites that do away with some issues common to qualifier tournaments (stalling, first and foremost) and instead inspire action.

The full schedule of live satellites to the NAPT Main Event is as follows (every satellite guarantees 10 seats to the Main Event):

  • November 4 – $390 NAPT Qualifier at 19:00 (single re-entry)
  • November 5 – $390 NAPT Qualifiers at 16:00 and 21:00 (single re-entry)
  • November 6 – $390 NAPT Qualifiers at 11:00 and 21:00 (single re-entry)
  • November 7 – $390 NAPT Qualifiers at 11:00 and 21:00 (single re-entry)
  • November 8 – $390 NAPT Qualifier at 11:00 (single re-entry)

With satellites running throughout the week and most days featuring two qualifiers, there are plenty of chances to try and get your seat in the Main Event, and with the $1,500,000 guaranteed, the tournament brings the best value you will find in the city, so it is definitely well worth your time.
