The family of 25 year old professional poker player Kevin “Phwap” Boudreau have established a Recovery Fundraiser after a brain hemorrhage and subsequent surgery last week has left Kevin hospitalized in an induced coma in a Las Vegas facility.
Currently in critical condition in an ICU, Kevin’s family is looking for financial help in order to transport him from Vegas to Colorado where he can be better looked after and placed in a more suitable long term care facility.
With an ultimate goal of $50,000 to help with all of the expenses, the poker community, along with friends and loved ones, have raised a little over $10,000 in the first ten days.
