Customers of Hold’em Manager are enticed to switch to PokerTracker, a competing tracking and HUD solution, with a 40% discount promo running for the next week.
The special offer, valid from tomorrow until May 5, is open to anyone with a valid Hold’em Manager 1 or HM2 license.
“Countless online poker players have already made the switch to PokerTracker 4,” teases the press release issued to pokerfuse Wednesday.
“This week only Holdem Manager and Holdem Manager 2 users can take advantage of a special offer to switch to the highly acclaimed PokerTracker 4 at a 40% discount off the normal retail price.”
Players are directed to a special discount page where, from tomorrow, the retail price for the combined Hold’em and Omaha product will be dropped from $159.99 to $95.99.
“Big Four” Supported in New Jersey
Also promoted this week is PokerTracker’s official support of the four major online poker rooms in the regulated market in New Jersey.
As pokerfuse first revealed, PokerTracker added official support for Borgata and partypoker New Jersey in early February.
In late March, competitors WSOP and 888 began to save hand histories to the hand drive, and Hold’em Manager added support for its HM2 product. PokerTracker 4 soon followed suit.
“We are proud to support New Jersey’s historic step forward into the online poker industry,” touts the press release.
“We can confirm PokerTracker 4 is compliant within the regulatory framework provided by the New Jersey Department of Gaming Enforcement.”
