With the the end of the ChampionChip series, 888poker has now turned its attention to the low-stakes tournament ecosystem with the new Micro Rollers tournament schedule. The new schedule offers boosted prizes with some new events aimed at players on the bottom end of the bankroll spectrum.
Autumn is the season for low-rollers at 888poker this year. The successful ChampionChip series, aimed at low bankrolls with buy-ins ranging from $3.30 — $60.00 and more than $400k guaranteed, just finished with value to be found for both players and the operator. Now, starting November 6, the folks at Triple Eight have restructured the low-stakes tournaments with a new Micro Rollers schedule.
There is more than $150k guaranteed weekly on the new schedule, with sweetened versions of familiar games and some new action added to the mix. In addition to the regular games, there is a new schedule of daily freerolls that award seats to Micro Roller games, so it has never been easier for players to build a bankroll from virtually nothing on 888poker.
A new Sunday game headlines the revamped schedule — the Micro Rollers Main Event – Mystery Bounty 3.50. The new Main is a multi-flight event that plays Day 2 every Sunday, with Day 1 flights running throughout the week. For just $3.50, players will be competing for a share of at least $10,000, and the Micro Rollers Main Event is the juiciest game on the new schedule with nearly $3k in value (based on dollars guaranteed per dollar of buy-in — $GTD/$BI).
Cheap Games for Free
While the new Micro Rollers schedule on 888poker is likely to be welcome news for micro-stakes players on its own, 888poker is not finished with the juice. To help players get into the new games, the operator has also added a new schedule of daily freerolls with tickets for Micro Rollers events as prizes.
Four new freeroll games feed into various Micro Roller events, with almost 500 tickets guaranteed daily across the various freerolls.

More than $150k in Weekly Value for Micro Rollers
While the new freeroll schedule makes the Micro Rollers even more attractive, even for players paying retail prices, the value is huge. Over $150,000 in total is guaranteed across the board each week, with a couple of games chock-full of value.
The aforementioned multi-flight Main Event is the juiciest new game on the schedule, with more than $2,850 $GTD/$BI worth of value. That said, one of the cheapest games on the new schedule is also the second-juiciest, with the $1 Mystery Bounty 1 coming in at $2k in value.
While none of the other events quite rise to four-digit values, several of the new daily games offer more than $900 $GTD/$BI, and all the new tournaments offer players a significant three-digit value.
