FTPDoug tweeted that Full Tilt Poker will have some answers for U.S. Players in the morning after their scheduled maintenance. FTP Doug also cautions that they will not have answers to all questions at that time. The original tweet states,
When we come back up from the downtime in the morning, the new Answers post will have some US player news (but not all the answers)
It appears that Full Tilt Poker is conscience of the actions of the two poker sites with which that they share charges. Not making an announcement about the availability of funds for U.S. players positions FTP right between the two – PokerStars having already returned funds to U.S. Players and Cereus Network reportedly on the brink of bankruptcy.
FTP has maintenance scheduled to conclude at 2:30 AM ET. The answers post FTP Doug refers to can be found in the Internet Poker sub forum on twoplustwo.com.
