Last updated: October 06, 2026
As one of the leading gaming operators in the US, BetRivers Casino also offers a comprehensive loyalty program for its players. BetRivers iRush Rewards combines Loyalty Levels, VIP Tiers, and a Bonus Store that allows players to turn points earned through eligible play into rewards.
No separate opt-in is required. When you join BetRivers and begin eligible real-money play, you can start earning points through the iRush Rewards program.
The program uses three different types of points, each serving a different purpose. Loyalty Level Points determine your Loyalty Level, Tier Points determine whether you qualify for Gold, Platinum, or Black status, and Bonus Store Points can be redeemed for rewards.
If poker is your thing, BetRivers Poker also participates in the wider BetRivers rewards ecosystem, although poker has its own point-earning rates and BetRivers Poker Rewards structure.

BetRivers iRush Rewards Basics
BetRivers iRush Rewards actually combines three related reward systems.
As you play eligible casino games, place sports bets, or play poker where available, you can generate three types of points:
- Loyalty Level Points — Determine your Loyalty Level from 0 through 9
- Tier Points — Determine your Gold, Platinum, or Black VIP Tier
- Bonus Store Points — Can be redeemed for rewards through the BetRivers Bonus Store
For casino and sportsbook play, the three types of points are generally earned at the same rate.
Poker works differently in some BetRivers markets. Poker players can earn different amounts of Bonus Store Points and Loyalty/Tier Points based on rake, so players should check the rewards terms applicable to their state.
Loyalty Level Points & iRush Rewards Progress Bar
BetRivers makes it easy to follow your progress through the My Rewards section of your account.
Loyalty Level Points operate differently from Tier Points.
Each Loyalty Level Point you earn remains fully credited for 30 days. After that, the system uses a rolling calculation in which older points gradually drop off as new points are earned.
As a result, your Loyalty Level can move both up and down depending on your recent activity.
For casino play, BetRivers currently awards points according to the game category:
| Casino Game | Wagering Required for 1 Point |
|---|---|
| Slots, Keno & Instant Win Games | $10 |
| Network Progressive Slots | $20 |
| Table Games & Video Poker | $25 |
Some games can earn no points, so players should check the current BetRivers rewards information if earning iRush Rewards is an important consideration.
The system is based primarily on game category rather than requiring players to calculate a different earning rate for every individual game’s RTP.

BetRivers Casino Ontario Rewards
BetRivers Casino Ontario has its own rewards program for eligible Ontario players.
Because Ontario operates as a separate regulated online gambling market, players should not assume that balances, rewards, tiers, or points earned through a US BetRivers account will carry over to BetRivers Ontario.
Likewise, specific rewards and promotional features can differ between Ontario and individual US states.
Players in Ontario should therefore check the rewards information displayed within their Ontario account for the current program terms.
iRush Rewards Loyalty Levels
BetRivers currently has 10 Loyalty Levels, numbered from Level 0 through Level 9.
| Loyalty Level | Points Required |
|---|---|
| Level 0 | 0 |
| Level 1 | 200 |
| Level 2 | 600 |
| Level 3 | 2,000 |
| Level 4 | 5,000 |
| Level 5 | 9,000 |
| Level 6 | 15,000 |
| Level 7 | 25,000 |
| Level 8 | 100,000 |
| Level 9 | 250,000 |
As your Loyalty Level increases, additional benefits can become available.
Depending on your state and level, rewards and benefits can include:
- Bonus Store access
- Bonus Bingo eligibility
- Birthday rewards
- Weekly Mystery Box eligibility
- Community promotions
- Guaranteed Bingo entries
- Priority customer support
- Bonus Store specials
- VIP merchandise
- Access to VIP concerts, sporting events, and other experiences
- Luxury VIP gifts
The exact benefits available can vary by jurisdiction and can change, so players should check the current rewards chart in their BetRivers account.
BetRivers Casino VIP Tiers
Loyalty Levels should not be confused with BetRivers VIP Tiers.
While Loyalty Levels range from 0 through 9 and are based on Loyalty Level Points, VIP status is determined separately using Tier Points.
BetRivers has three VIP Tiers:
- Gold
- Platinum
- Black
The current structure is:
| Status | Corresponding Loyalty Levels | Tier Points Required |
|---|---|---|
| Gold | Levels 0-3 | 0-4,999 |
| Platinum | Levels 4-6 | 5,000-24,999 |
| Black | Levels 7-9 | 25,000+ |
Higher tiers provide access to additional benefits.
Depending on the player’s market and current program terms, these can include exclusive Bonus Store items, VIP gifts, access to events, concierge services, travel benefits, and other premium rewards.
How Long Does BetRivers Tier Status Last?
BetRivers uses two Tier earning periods each year:
- January 1—June 30
- July 1—December 31
Once you earn a Tier, you keep that status for the remainder of the current earning period plus the entire following earning period.
For example, if you qualify for Platinum during the January—June earning period, you retain Platinum for the rest of that period and throughout the July—December period.
This makes Tier status substantially more stable than Loyalty Levels, which are based on recent activity and can change more frequently.
BetRivers Casino Bonus Store
Bonus Store Points are the iRush Rewards currency that players can actually redeem.
Rather than determining your Loyalty Level or VIP Tier, these points can be spent in the BetRivers Bonus Store.
Available rewards can include Bonus Money and game-based prizes. The selection can vary depending on your Loyalty Level, market, and current BetRivers offers.
Higher Loyalty Levels can also unlock exclusive Bonus Store specials.
This gives iRush Rewards two different types of value: your play can improve your status through Loyalty Level and Tier Points while simultaneously generating Bonus Store Points that can be redeemed.
BetRivers Bonus Bank
The Bonus Bank gives players control over when they activate eligible Bonus Money.
When Bonus Money is awarded through an eligible promotion or reward, players may have the option to use it immediately or save it in the Bonus Bank for later.
Multiple eligible bonuses can be accumulated in the Bonus Bank rather than requiring every reward to be played immediately.
When you’re ready to use Bonus Money, you can activate it through your account.
This is particularly useful for players who receive smaller rewards over time and prefer to save them rather than immediately starting the applicable wagering requirement.
BetRivers Bonus Money Meter
Once Bonus Money is activated, the Bonus Money Meter helps players track the wagering required before the bonus is converted according to the applicable terms.
BetRivers is notable for offering a low playthrough requirement on many Bonus Money rewards.
For casino Bonus Money, BetRivers currently advertises a 1x playthrough on slots. Players should still check the terms attached to the specific bonus or reward because eligible games and other conditions can vary.
BetRivers Poker and iRush Rewards
BetRivers Poker players can also earn iRush Rewards points through eligible poker play.
Unlike casino games, where points are based on the amount wagered, poker points are based on rake generated.
The exact poker earning rate can vary by BetRivers market.
For example, in some markets BetRivers awards:
- 4 Loyalty Level Points per $1 in rake
- 4 Tier Points per $1 in rake
- Bonus Store Points based on the applicable state rewards structure
This is separate from the BetRivers Poker Rewards program, which can provide additional value to regular poker players.
Players primarily interested in poker should consult the dedicated poker rewards guide because the potential rewards and effective rakeback depend on how much they play and the rewards they qualify for.
BetRivers iRush Rewards Summary
BetRivers iRush Rewards is a relatively easy loyalty system to understand once its three different point balances are separated.
Loyalty Level Points determine your current Loyalty Level, Tier Points determine longer-lasting Gold, Platinum, or Black status, and Bonus Store Points give you points that can actually be redeemed for rewards.
The Bonus Store and Bonus Bank provide additional flexibility by allowing players to choose rewards and control when eligible Bonus Money is activated.
Another advantage is that Tier status does not disappear as soon as a player’s activity decreases. Once a tier is achieved, it remains in place for the rest of the current six-month earning period and the entire following earning period.
The value of individual benefits varies by player, state, game selection, and level of play. For that reason, it is more useful to evaluate iRush Rewards based on the benefits you will realistically use than to assume the highest tiers automatically provide the best value for everyone.
