La Maison du Bluff: Gaëlle Garcia Diaz to Present Series Four

PokerStars’ French reality TV show offers €150k in prizes.

  • PokerStars France has appointed Gaëlle Garcia Diaz as presenter of the fourth season of its reality TV show Maison du Bluff.
  • The first episode will air on French channel NRJ12 on March 14.
  • Qualifying tournaments are currently running on the French regulated site to select the house contestants.

New Jersey Players Switch to Regulated Sites

In an apparent win-win, players from dot-com US sites attracted to New Jersey regulated sites have been instantly replaced.

  • Commercial Intelligence (CI) announced that the introduction of regulation in New Jersey had been successful in attracting players away from “gray” market sites.
  • 37% of players with accounts at non-New Jersey regulated online poker rooms have opened accounts at the newly regulated sites
  • This report suggests that the new New Jersey sites will have an adverse effect on play at the dot-com US facing sites which are not state regulated.
  • A look at cash game traffic numbers shows that in fact the reverse is happening.

Full Tilt’s Rush Mobile App Officially Released

Real money native iOS app now available in most regions, and Android app available as direct download.

  • Full tilt now has native iOS app in many regions in the Apple App Store.
  • An Android play-money game is now available in Android’s Play Store, and a real-money version is available as direct download.
  • The game supports Rush and Adrenaline Rush games.

WSOP.com Kicks Off Satellites to Summer Series

WSOP Main event opportunities run on regulated online sites in Nevada and New Jersey.

  • The WSOP.com 25 Seat Main Event Scramble promises a prize pool no less than $250,000, allowing for players to take their shot at getting into the main for a $215 buy-in.
