It has taken a little longer than usual, but the WSOP Online bracelet series is returning to GGPoker Ontario for another edition.
Once again, eight bracelets will be up for grabs for Ontario online poker players, with the first bracelet event scheduled for September 13 and the series running through October 6.
It will be the fifth time that Ontarians have had their own WSOP online bracelet series exclusively for residents of the Canadian province since GGPoker launched in Ontario in 2022.

As was the case last year, the winners will not only walk away with a WSOP bracelet and a top cash prize, but will also receive a package to the 2026 WSOP Paradise series, scheduled to take place in the Bahamas in December. The 2026 WSOP Paradise festival will feature 20 bracelet events, with $120 million in guarantees.
Looking at the online bracelet schedule, the series again features eight events, culminating in a C$1,000 WSOP Ontario Main Event with a C$1 million guarantee, double the guarantee offered last year. The other seven bracelet events will carry guarantees ranging from C$200,000 to C$400,000.
The bracelet schedule will be accompanied by hundreds of side events running alongside the main tournaments. Details of the full schedule and the total guarantees for the series have not yet been announced, although the side-event schedule is typically where much of the additional tournament action is found.
The guarantees for the eight bracelet events are already known, totaling C$2,950,000 at an average of almost C$370,000 per event. Millions more are likely to be added through the side events, with the overall guarantee figure expected to reach at least C$7 million to C$8 million, and potentially more.

Eight Events on the Schedule
The series gets underway on September 13 with Event #1, the 5th Annual WSOP Ontario Kick-Off, marking the fifth edition of the tournament. It carries a C$500 buy-in and a C$250,000 guarantee.
That will be followed by the C$300 Gladiators of Poker Ontario, which uses a bounty format and comes with a C$300,000 guarantee. The event will be played in a flighted format, with the final stage taking place on September 14.
The third bracelet event arrives on September 20 in the form of the C$1,500 Monster Stack NLH. The two-day tournament carries a C$300,000 guarantee. A day later, the C$400 Colossus gets underway with a C$400,000 guarantee, making it the second-largest guarantee of the series. It will also use a flighted structure with multiple Day 1 flights.
A week later, on September 27, players can compete for the C$600 Ultra Stack NLH bracelet, which comes with a C$300,000 guarantee. It will be followed by the flighted C$400 PLOSSUS, which has a C$200,000 guarantee.
On October 4, the C$525 The Closer NLH Bounty Turbo will take place with C$200,000 guaranteed. The series will then conclude with the Main Event, with Day 2 scheduled for October 5. The tournament has a C$1,000 buy-in and C$1 million guarantee and will also use a flighted/phased structure with multiple starting flights.
Each bracelet event will require players to submit their real names, in line with the standard requirements for WSOP Online events. Deal-making will also not be permitted at the final table.
Paradise Packages Await
Just like last year, those playing online poker in Canada that win each of the eight bracelet events will receive a WSOP Paradise package. The Main Event champion will take home the most valuable prize, a C$42,000 WSOP Paradise Super Main package.
The package includes entry into the $26,000 Super Main Event, which carries a $50 million guarantee, as well as a 13-night stay at the Baha Mar resort from December 5 to 18 and additional exclusive benefits provided by GGPoker.
The winners of the other seven bracelet events will each receive a WSOP Paradise Circuit package valued at C$7,000. The package includes entry to the $2,750 Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty, four nights at Baha Mar from December 1 to 5, as well as additional benefits from GGPoker.
Meanwhile, the online bracelet series for players on the international GGPoker network has already been underway since mid-August, with more than a dozen bracelets awarded so far.
This year, while the bracelet series for international players returned, there was initially no announcement for Ontario players. It appears GGPoker may have been waiting for the WSOP Super Circuit at Playground to finish before launching the Ontario online bracelet series, avoiding a clash between the two festivals.
The WSOP Super Circuit Playground is currently underway at Playground in Kahnawake, Quebec, featuring 18 ring events. A record C$14 million is guaranteed across the series, making it the biggest WSOP Circuit festival ever held in Canada. The festival runs through September 12.
WSOP Online bracelets for Ontario players will begin just one day later, with the series running from September 13 through October 6.
