Ontario online poker players will want to log in to PokerStars this weekend as the final days of the massive inaugural edition of ONSCOOP, the province’s exclusive version of PokerStars’ iconic spring series, plays out. There is $250k guaranteed in the three buy-in levels of the Main Event alone, with plenty of other juicy action on the schedule as well.
The big weekend event on PokerStars Ontario is actually billed as a Medium game. ONCOOP 37-M: $300 Main Championship Event has $150k guaranteed for the highest guarantee of the weekend, but the Low and High versions ($50 and $1000 respectively to buy in) have $100k guaranteed between them, with the high-roller version promising $70k of that.
There has already been a lot of money handed out throughout this series, which has been ongoing for Ontarians since March 25. For instance, the $1000 Sunday Progressive KO Championship on April 2 had $48k guaranteed, but crushed that with over $70,000 in total prizes on 74 entries.
There are many ways for players to get into the Main Event, with online satellites running for all three levels of the Main. You will find daily freerolls with tickets to the Medium Main Event and a raft of other qualifiers across various buy-in levels.

Freeroll to $150k Main
The cheapest way to get to the hefty $150k guaranteed Main Event will not cost players a penny. There are daily freerolls in the PokerStars Ontario lobby with multiple $300 ONSCOOP tickets available, as well as other denominations of series tickets.
Outside the freerolls, satellites to the $150k Main start at just $1, with direct qualifiers starting at $20. The $1 and $2 games offer tickets to the $20, $30, and $50 qualifiers, but players can always buy straight in at the highest level if they prefer.

$250k Worth of Championship Value
The last weekend of this first-ever ONSCOOP promises to be truly massive. No matter what happens, between the three levels of the Main Championship Event alone, there will be at least $250,000 to play for.

Beyond the marquee Championship Main Events, plenty of other action remains in the last weekend of ONSCOOP. Among the highlights is a Progressive PKO game on April 7 (ONSCOOP 34) with $18k guaranteed in the $300 High version. An additional $11.5k is guaranteed in the other two orbits of the same event.
The other highlight this weekend is the Main Event Trainers. Running April 8 at 18:05 for the High and 18:30 for the Medium and Low, the three versions of the Trainer offer more than $65k between them.
