In a recent PokerNews recap, Phil Hellmuth was needled for barely playing a hand during a high-stakes PokerGO cash game. Despite his tournament credentials, Hellmuth failed to gain any momentum and watched his stack dwindle, folding through hours of action before ultimately running kings into aces.

“Is that a record in the PokerGO Studio? Not one hand played in seven hours?”

Sometimes it really is the luck of the Irish.
