WPT Global has restarted its headline Crazy Freeroll Series after a brief pause, committing a total of $2 million guaranteed across free tournaments from October 1 through November 2.

The schedule delivers $10k Daily Crazy Freerolls six days a week, each paying $2k to first, plus a weekly $100k Super Crazy Freeroll on Sundays that awards $20k to the winner.

The return follows a surge of player interest that previously led the operator to temporarily halt the promo. The pause was implemented to upgrade servers after unprecedented traffic.

What is back, what is new

The key structure remains in place. There are $10k Daily Crazy Freerolls Monday through Saturday and a $100k Super Crazy Freeroll every Sunday.

Players again receive four free $10k tickets weekly. There are also 24 free satellites every day, each awarding 20 seats into the relevant $10k daily event.

WPT Global previously confirmed that points and rewards earned before the pause would remain valid when the series restarted. It also said players would be comped into a Sunday $100k Super Crazy Freeroll when the promotion resumed.

The fresh run covers October 1 to November 2, which aligns with the original plan to continue the series into the fall. Dates and prize pools in the operator’s terms confirm the cadence.

How entry works across the week

The dailies are the entry point. Tickets can be used for any $10k edition during the promotional window and are non refundable and non transferable.

There are multiple ways to secure those tickets. All verified accounts get four free tickets weekly. Daily satellites are free to enter with a cap of 2,000 registrants. Registration opens five minutes prior to start.

There is a wagering path that yields five extra $10k tickets the following Monday for anyone who wagers ten dollars in total across Casino, Sports, Global Spins or MTTs during the week.

Inviting friends also helps. Each successful referral via a personal code earns one $10k ticket, tied to the site’s Exclusive Friends Group promotion.

Sunday qualification flows naturally from the dailies. The top 20 finishers in each $10k event earn a seat into that week’s $100k Super Crazy Freeroll. There are alternative routes through Friends Group and weekly wagering thresholds.

Sunday $100k finals and qualification routes

The $100k Super Crazy Freeroll runs every Sunday during the series. First place is $20,000. Tickets are also non refundable and non transferable.

Players can qualify by finishing top 20 in any of the week’s $10k dailies. That remains the most direct path and produces a steady stream of qualifiers each day.

Two additional routes exist. The top 500 Friends Group leaders by bonus earned from their group’s $10k daily results receive a ticket. There is also a spend based ladder across Casino, Sports, Global Spins and MTT buy ins.

Those thresholds are tiered weekly. One ticket is awarded for one thousand five hundred to four thousand nine hundred ninety nine dollars in weekly wagering. Two tickets for five thousand to nine thousand nine hundred ninety nine dollars. Three tickets for ten thousand dollars or more.

The promotional week runs Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC. That timing governs both extra $10k daily tickets and Sunday ticket allocation for the following week.

Why this matters to players right now

Large scale freerolls of this kind are rare. The initial launch in August drew huge fields and paid out quickly, with the first $100k final reaching a winner in just over two hours. That debut “was an immediate success” as reported in late August.

Demand then spiked, which led to a temporary pause and infrastructure upgrades. WPT Global “confirmed the promotion would return on October 1” after server work, with all progress preserved, as outlined when the pause was announced.

The rebooted calendar puts free bankroll building front and center through early November. It also dovetails with the operator’s broader fall strategy that includes satellites into December’s series in Las Vegas. Those WPT World Championship qualifiers “are now live and run through November 30” with paths from one dollar ten to full packages, as explained in a recent guide.

Key terms to note

The promotion is open to new and existing customers, with standard eligibility rules. Participants must be eighteen or older and cannot play from excluded or restricted countries. The operator lists Poland, Taiwan, Vietnam, Brazil and Thailand as excluded for these freerolls.

Accounts are one per person, household or device. Accurate registration details are required. The site may impose restrictions for compliance and can change or end promotions at any time.

Tickets have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, transferred to other players or moved to other events. Expired tickets are forfeited. These specifics are consistent across both the $10k dailies and the Sunday $100k.

The daily satellites have practical constraints. Each has a maximum of 2,000 participants and opens registration five minutes before start time.

What to expect through November 2

Expect the same fast structures that defined the first weeks, brisk payouts, and sizeable Sunday fields. The daily cadence should keep traffic consistent and feed packed Sunday finals.

The operator’s prior outages highlighted the pressure that large freerolls can put on platforms. With upgrades in place, the series is set for a stable run to early November.

The final Sunday of the promotion lands on November 2, which will close out the $2 million guarantee window.
