PokerStars’ flagship tournament poker series, the European Poker Tour, returns to Paris from February 18 to March 1. The festival will be the first EPT stop of the year, with four further EPT stops currently planned for the rest of 2026.

EPT Paris, which made its debut in 2023, was cancelled last year due to regulatory concerns. Now, the festival is back on the schedule, with the luxurious Le Palais des Congres once again playing host to the event.

The Paris festival will include a number of prestigious events, including the PokerStars Open Main Event, the PokerStars Cup, the EPT Main Event, and the Spin & Go Championship Live, which makes its return following the success of earlier editions in Prague and Barcelona.

World Class Poker Action in the City of Light

EPT Paris, the first EPT festival on the PokerStars Live schedule for 2026, will run for 12 days and host a total of 52 events, including satellites, side events, and major championship events.

Preliminary events will include the €1,650 PokerStars Open Main Event, which starts on February 18, and the €825 PokerStars Open Cup, scheduled for February 21 and 22.

The €5,300 EPT Main Event will be the main highlight of the series, as the organizers seek to topple the 2024 attendance record of 1,224 entries.

High rollers will get their chances too, with high-stakes events ranging from the €10,300 EPT High Roller to the €100,000 EPT Super High Roller.

Spin & Go Championship Is Back on the Schedule

PokerStars’ live adaptation of the popular online poker format will be back during the EPT Paris festival. The Spin & Go Championship Live will play over two days on February 23 and 24 and feature over €300,000 in guaranteed prizes, including €150,000 for the final table finishers.

The event will see 81 qualifiers who won their seat through various paths on PokerStars play at three-handed tables, mimicking the gameplay structure of the online Spin & Go tournaments, and battling their way to the final table.

This event builds on the success of previous editions hosted in Prague and Barcelona, which have proven to be extremely popular with players and fans alike.

Once again, only players who qualified online will get a chance to play in the Spin & Go Championship Live, as no buy-in or re-entries will be allowed.

The hosts expect an electrifying atmosphere similar to the ones they saw in other venues, as the popularity and prestige of the Spin & Go Championship Live continue to increase with each passing EPT festival.

Valuable PokerStars Live League Points Up for Grabs

On top of the massive prize pools and the valuable PokerStars trophies that will be given away at EPT Paris, the festival will also be the second opportunity of the year to earn valuable PokerStars Live League points.

The new season of the PokerStars Live League launched with the PokerStars Open event in Campione, and will continue throughout 2026, with each PokerStars Live stop awarding points across dozens of events.

A total of €157,500 in PokerStars Live credit will be awarded to the top finishers across the three buy-in tiers, giving players plenty of extra incentive to compete in PokerStars events in 2026.

The top 30 finishers from each tier will also get to compete in a special €100,000 freeroll, which will play out during the first EPT stop of the 2027 season, as PokerStars aims to reward a growing number of loyal players across its Live tour.
