GGPoker just introduced a new feature in their online poker platform called Action Voice, which brings the voice of the most legendary poker player of them all, the late Doyle Brunson, to the tables.
With Action Voice, players can hear their action called in the voice of the “Godfather of Poker” himself, as well as other poker legends like Daniel “Kid Poker” Negreanu, Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi, and more.
The feature allows you to change GGPoker’s default action calling voice to that of famous Poker Hall of Famers, turning casual poker games into exciting experiences akin to those seen on shows like High Stakes Poker.

Voices of Poker Legends Bring GGPoker Action to Life
In designing Action Voice, GGPoker looked to create a fun new feature for all generations of poker players, from old-school to the most recent newcomers.
Easily the most recognizable and legendary name on the list of voices being added to the GGPoker platform is Doyle Brunson, the 10-time WSOP bracelet winner and a player who is believed to be one of the true founding fathers of the game as we know it today.
Sarne Lightman, Managing Director of GGPoker, said: “Doyle Brunson may not be at the tables in the way that he used to be, but his voice still can be.”
Yet, his is not the only voice that will be narrating player actions in the future, as GGPoker’s most recognizable ambassador, Daniel “Kid Poker” Negreanu, also lent his voice to the project, bridging the gap between older and younger generations of players.
Following his incredible run in last year’s WSOP, and the subsequent induction into the Poker Hall of Fame, Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi, also joined GGPoker as an ambassador, and is another player whose voice you can now choose to call all your action.
“Action voice is our way of keeping the legends who built this game part of the everyday experience – right alongside the players carrying it forward today, like Daniel and Michael. It’s a unique and fun new element to our software, and we can’t wait to reveal the rest of the lineup soon,” Lightman added.
For the players who were introduced to poker more recently and who are heavily into poker content and streaming, the voice of Kevin Martin will be the best choice, bringing a familiar persona into the mix.
GGPoker also announced that further voices will be added to the Action Voice feature in the future, and we can expect more GGPoker ambassadors, as well as other celebrities from the world of poker and beyond, to bring life to action over the coming months and years.

To turn on the feature, simply navigate to the “My Page” section and choose the “My Action Voice” tab. Once there, pick the poker personality you want calling the action and click “Apply.” This will apply the selected voice to all your games.
You can play around with the feature, switch between Doyle, Daniel, Michael, and others with ease, or turn Action Voice and other sounds off if you prefer to play poker in peace and quiet with no external distractions.
