888poker LIVE returns with a full slate of live events for 2025.
Five flagship 888poker LIVE stops will run along with six UK Poker League (UKPL) stops in 2025. 888poker returns as headline sponsor for the UKPL in conjunction with live partner Grosvenor Casinos.
The 888poker LIVE series will have multiple stops in Spain and the UK.
What is 888poker LIVE?
888poker LIVE is the flagship brand 888poker used to denote their live poker stops. For 2025, the live schedule comprises of poker events in the UK and Spain that take place across the year. There will also be a mystery stop, yet to be announced. Support of the United Kingdom Poker League (UKPL) also continues.

Across two separate tours, 888poker will run 11 stops across Spain and the UK. The UK Poker League (UKPL) takes place in the UK and the 888poker LIVE tour plays out in Spain and the UK.

888poker LIVE
888poker’s flagship tour will visit the UK and Spain for 2025, with a mystery event in a location yet to be announced. Each event spans of week of poker action.
Like last year, the first stop on the tour is in the Spanish capital of Madrid. The tour then heads to Glasgow in Scotland in March. A Barcelona stop in Spain is slated for May followed by London in September. A mystery stop is slated at the event of the year, but we are not sure when or where it will be, apart from the fact that it will be under the 888poker LIVE tour.
Each stop will have a main event, with a buy-in around €800 to €1200, that should include multiple Day 1 flights. There is always a spread of other events, usually with a high-roller (often two to three times the size of the Main), plus smaller Opening Day and Turbo events.

UKPL 2025
The UK Poker League returns to the schedule for the second year in a row. It was a brand new tour from 888 in 2024. The partnership with Grosvenor Casinos, will have the tour visiting six cities in the UK, including Portsmouth, Newcastle, Liverpool and Coventry.

UKPL Structure
All UKPL stops featured the same seven tournaments. Buy-ins range from £150 to £1100. The £560 Main Event plays as a two-day tournament, with four Day 1 flights sending players through to a final Day 2.

888Poker LIVE Promotions
Ultimate Passport
Players can qualify online for live stops via 888poker and 888poker Spain, plus via their Ultimate Passport promotion.
Players can win their way to a live stop via the Ultimate Passport pathway. Players must complete three challenges to receive a free ticket to an Ultimate Passport Tournament that will give away live stop freeroll tickets. Ultimate Passport freerolls will give players the chance to go to any 888poker LIVE stop of their choosing.
The Freerolls will run once a month at the first Saturday of the month until early June.
Challenges remain fairly straightforward, with players able to choose between completing:
- Play 25 tournaments with a minimum $1 buy-in
- Win 125 hands in cash games.
- Win 20 BLAST games with a minimum $1 buy-in
The top players can choose their destination to one of the 888 Live events via an an exclusive package. 18 packages are on offer between now and the end of May, 2025. Over in the Spanish network 1 package is given away each month, and 2 packages are available over on the dot-com market.
