The first 2024 WSOP Paradise package has arrived.
WSOP Online has launched the first satellites for the largest guaranteed poker tournament in history, set to take place at WSOP Paradise at the Atlantis Resort in The Bahamas this December. This event, known as the Super Main Event, features an enormous $50 million guaranteed prize pool and comes with a steep entry fee of $26,000, with $25,000 going towards the prize pool and $1,000 charged as the tournament fee.
To make this event more accessible, WSOP Online is now offering direct satellites every week, giving players a chance to secure their spot in this record-setting event for a little investment.
Starting August 18 and running every Sunday at 5 PM PT/8 PM ET through September 29, WSOP will host a $525 satellite, each guaranteeing a $30,000 WSOP Paradise package. This package includes a seat in the WSOP Super Main Event and an additional $4,000 for travel and accommodation, which will be credited to the player’s WSOP Online account.

Note that this satellite is currently available to players in Michigan, New Jersey and Nevada — sharing the same player pool.
However, the operator emphasizes that this is a must-play satellite — meaning if players participate and win the package, they must be available to play in the Bahamas for the Super Main Event. WSOP has made it clear that the seat cannot be forfeited or exchanged for online tournament tickets. Additionally, players will be responsible for booking their own hotel and travel accommodations.
With seven Sundays between August 18 and September 29, a total of seven $30,000 packages are guaranteed over the next two months, worth $210,000 in total.
It is still unclear whether WSOP will offer a similar satellite for Pennsylvania online poker players, given that the state operates with a ring-fenced player pool and has lower liquidity compared to WSOP Online, which includes players from three states.
However, more qualifiers and promotions are expected to be announced, giving US players on WSOP Online additional chances to secure their spot at the exciting Bahamas event — WSOP’s new winter stop returning for its second year.
Super Ambitious WSOP Paradise Returns
On the final day of yet another record-breaking WSOP series in Las Vegas, organizers confirmed the return of WSOP Paradise, their new winter festival.
The second installment of WSOP Paradise, set for December 6 to 19, is set to be an even grander tournament series than last year. This year’s festival will feature 15 gold bracelet events, with each event promising more excitement and prestige than before.
While the $50 million guaranteed Super Main Event takes center stage, other events are equally worth noting, such as the $5 million guaranteed Mini Main Event with a $2,500 buy-in, another $5 million guaranteed GGMillion$ NLH Championship, and the prestigious Triton Million event with a million-dollar buy-in.
Two of the 15 gold bracelet events will be held online on GGPoker, including Event #4: $2,750 GGMasters Online Championship with a $2.5 million guarantee and Mystery Millions Online, offering a $5 million guarantee with the same buy-in.
GGPoker, the soon-to-be owner of WSOP, is also running online qualifiers for the Paradise Super Main Event for players outside the US, with buy-ins starting at just $8.
To participate in the events, all players must have accounts on the WSOP Plus app. As an incentive for early registration, WSOP is offering an Early Bird $100k Paradise Package, providing over $10,000 in value for players who deposit $100k into their WSOP+ account and sign up for the WSOP Paradise Super Main Event by November 15.
