GGPoker’s Omaholic Series Is Running for the Third Time This Year

Running at GGPoker for the third time since its inception, the Omaholic Series launched on November 14 and will be playing out through November 28, with a grand total of $5,000,000 in guaranteed prize pools across a total of 290 PLO events.

The Series will be running a host of events over the time period, with buyins ranging from $5.25 to $5,250 to satisfy the needs of low and high rollers alike. All tournaments, as the name suggests, will be played out at the Omaha tables, expanding on the earlier success of the GGPoker Omaholic Series.

The early Stage 1 parts of the largest tournament of the series started as early as November 11, giving players an early chance to pony up $5.25 for their chance at the $100,000 guaranteed prize pool of the Omaholic Mini Bounty MILLION$ event.

Apart from those, other Omaholic events launched on November 14, with buyins of the day ranging from $5.25 to $5.250 giving everyone a chance to jump right in and start playing at their desired level on the opening day of the festival.

Omaholic Series Schedule and Standout Events

While many tournament series out there only run one or two events per day for their duration, Omaholic Series has a much more extensive schedule. Every single day for the rest of the festival, we are going to see numerous individual PLO events, along with a variety of Stage 1 flights for the biggest tournaments.

Some of the standout events that will be running on a daily basis include the $250 Omaholic Daily Main, $25 Omaholic Daily Mini Main, $315 Omaholic Bounty King, $125 Omaholic Daily Special, and $1.050 Omaholic High Roller.

Special versions of some Omaholic events will take place on Sundays, with Omaholic Bounty High Roller offering $100k in prizes for a $525 buyin, and the Omaholic Sunday Main Event High Roller giving away $75k for a $1.050 buyin.

Omaholic Series History 2021

Two multi-flight tournaments will be taking new entries throughout the series, with the $5.25 Omaholic Mini Bounty MILLION$ guaranteeing $100,000 in prizes, and the $52.50 Omaholic Bounty MILLION$ offering a prize pool of at least $250,000.

This will be the third time that the series is running since its inception in March this year. The inaugural Omaholic Series gave out $7 million in prizes, while the Omaholic Series that ran in June offered a similar guarantee but fewer events.

This Series comes off the heels of the GGSOP which finished last week and gave out more than $7.25 million in prizes through a series of low-buyin events, showing once more the kind of power and reach GGPoker has in the poker industry these days.

Throughout the Omaholic Series, a Thursday Twitch stream will be run by GGPoker’s OmahaSquad members JNandez and Minthon. The stream will be shown on the innovative Omaholics Show and will give us previews of the upcoming events and summaries of the ones that were played out.
