Players in the four legal jurisdiction will have an opportunity to play dozens of events with over $5 million in guaranteed prize money spread across them. Buyins range from just $3 to $2000, making Winter Series one players of all bankrolls should enjoy.
Winter Series kicks off on January 12 and run until January 29, with several events offered through each of the platforms every day of the festival.

Dozens of Exciting Tournaments & Special Championship Events
Winter Series will run on all PokerStars platforms in North America, including the shared liquidity pool of New Jersey and Michigan, where players will get a chance to play in some of the biggest player pools around.
The Winter Series run 85 unique events in PA and MI/NJ each, with a total of $1.5 million guaranteed in PA and $2.25 million guaranteed in MI/NJ across the entire festival.

The $300 Main Event will award at least $250k in the shared liquidity pool and $200k in Pennsylvania, and will be running on January 28.
Over in the Canadian province of Ontario, the Winter Series will be even more comprehensive, with a total of 120 events on the calendar, including the $300 Main Event with a $150k guaranteed prize pool.
On top of the Main Event, the Winter Series will feature other highlight events, such as the $50 Mini Main Event with guarantees of $25k/$50k, and a $2k High Roller event with a $100k guarantee in each jurisdiction.
To make the festival even more attractive, PokerStars will run ten special Championship events, awarding the winners in each with a special edition watch, a valuable memory of a big tournament victory.
Winter Series Leaderboard, Depositor’s Freeroll, and More
Not only will the Winter Series give away ten valuable watches to the Championship winners in each jurisdiction, but $10,000 in cash prizes will also be given away in each of three festivals.
The $10,000 will be distributed to the top 10 most successful players in each jurisdiction, with $2,500 going to the overall leaderboard winner. Players will accumulate points based on their finishing position in the Winter Series events, and the ones with the most deep runs will be awarded accordingly.
Anyone who makes a $50 deposit with PokerStars in the lead-up to the Winter Series will also get a chance to play in a special Depositor’s Freeroll, where the operator will be giving away tickets to the $300 Main Event on each of the platforms.
A special Bust Out promotion will also run throughout the Series, awarding a $5 casino and $5 Spin & Go bonus to select players who bust out of the Winter Series events.
Finally, a series of $3 Spin & Goes will run on the platform as well, with 2,500 out of 1,000,000 Spin & Goes awarding direct entry to the $300 Winter Series Main Event for players looking to qualify for the Event at reduced price.
