Big Bucks up for Grabs in Main Events

There are nine SCOOP Main Event tournaments kicking off on Sunday, April 21. On each of the three platforms — Pennsylvania, Ontario, and New Jersey/Michigan — there are three tournaments carrying the title of the Main Event.

The one that’s traditionally seen as the central tournament is the Medium Main Event, which comes with a buy-in of $300 (CAD$300 in Ontario). However, just like other SCOOP events, this one also features the Low and the High variation.

ME Low ME Medium ME High
Michigan / New Jersey $50 BI – $60k GTD $300 BI – $300k GTD $2,500 BI – $150k GTD
Pennsylvania $50 BI – $60k GTD $300 BI – $225k GTD $2,500 BI – $150k GTD
Ontario $50 BI – $45k GTD $300 BI – $200k GTD $2,500 BI – $150k GTD

All Main Events will be starting around the same time, with the Medium kicking off first, at 17:00 ET, followed by the ME Low at 17:30, and the ME High at 18:00.

While the High version is likely out of an average player’s buy-in range, the other two are well within reach and come with some hefty guarantees across the board.

More Action to Keep You Busy

While the Main Event action will be in the focus this weekend, there is more to look forward on Saturday and Sunday, with a few interesting events on the docket to wrap up the series in style.

In the US and Ontario, things kick off with the Deepstack Championship on April 20. With three buy-in brackets and a great structure, these tournaments will help you warm up for the rest of the weekend.

This event is followed by Main Event Parlay, a tournament that offers somewhat modest guarantees but presents good opportunities for those who want to boost their SCOOP Leaderboard standings.

On Sunday, April 21, Main Events will introduce the action, but there are two more tournaments you can jump into. These are the Bounty Adrenaline and the Main Second Chance. So, if the Main Event action isn’t enough to keep you fully focused, you can jump into these for a few more shots at SCOOP titles.

  • April 20 – Deepstack Championship
  • April 20 – Main Event Parlay
  • April 21 – Main Event Second Chance
  • April 21 – Bounty Adrenaline

Don’t forget that there are still opportunities to win some $100 SCOOP tickets at a discount and qualify for the Main Event via special Spin & Go events. With the final weekend of the 2024 SCOOP action coming up, this is the best time to take advantage of these opportunities and give yourself a proper shot at big bucks!
