The East Coast’s highly popular live tournament, the Borgata Fall Poker Open, is just around the corner. If you still have not qualified, there is still plenty of time and opportunity to do so.

BetMGM Poker, the official partner of Borgata Poker, is running online qualifiers for players in New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, with buy-ins starting as low as $2.

Over the past couple of years, the Borgata Poker Open series has seen impressive turnouts and record prize pools. Whether it is the Spring, Summer, or Winter edition, each has continued to grow in scale and popularity. However, the Fall Poker Open had been missing from the calendar since 2019 — until now. The much-anticipated return is set for November 4 to 18 at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.

The schedule features 16 events, including some of Borgata’s most popular signature tournaments. Highlights include the $600 Fall Almighty Kick Off, a flighted event with six Day 1 flights from November 5 to 9 and a $600,000 guarantee; the $450 Saturday Series boasting $100,000 in prize money; and the $570 Monster Mirror Mystery Bounty featuring four starting flights and a $200,000 guarantee.

Another standout on the schedule is the $1,000 BetMGM Online Hybrid Championship, which begins online and concludes live at the venue, offering a $300,000 guarantee. The $1,200 Main Event Warm-Up takes place from November 13 to 14 with two starting flights and $200,000 guaranteed. Other formats, including Progressive Knockouts and a Ladies Championship, are also part of the lineup.

The biggest highlight of the series is, of course, the $2,700 Borgata Fall Poker Open Championship, featuring two starting flights and a $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool. Altogether, the series offers more than $2.5 million in guarantees.

In addition to the 16 primary events, Borgata will host the Bar Poker Open — eight events with $50,000 guaranteed and open to all players. There will also be seven mixed game tournaments running from November 4 to 11, most with $500 buy-ins and one with a $1,100 buy-in, featuring formats like B.E.A.S.T., Omaha Hi-Lo, H.O.R.S.E., T.O.R.S.E., and Deuce-to-Seven No Limit Single Draw.

The Borgata Fall Poker Open Championship is the marquee event of the festival, running November 13 to 14 with a $1,000,000 guarantee and a $2,700 buy-in. To make the event more accessible, BetMGM Poker is running affordable online satellites that start at just $2.

BetMGM’s step-based satellite system allows players to progress through multiple stages:

  • Step 1: $2 buy-in leading to $25
  • Step 2: $25 buy-in leading to $250
  • Step 3: $250 buy-in leading to a $3,200 Borgata Championship package

Each $3,200 package includes a $2,700 Championship seat and $500 cash for expenses.

Players can also pursue a larger $4,780 package, which includes entry into the Championship, the Warm-Up, and the PKO event. Qualifiers for these begin with $5 step satellites, culminating in a $500 final qualifier.

Live milestone qualifiers will also be available at Borgata on November 4, with buy-ins ranging from $85 to $540. The largest Championship qualifier will be held on November 14, costing just $320 and guaranteeing 20 seats to the Main Event.

The return of the Borgata Fall Poker Open comes on the heels of the hugely successful Borgata Summer Poker Open, which ran from July 17 to August 1, drawing nearly 10,000 entries and awarding over $5.5 million in prize money. Expectations are high for the Fall edition, with organizers anticipating an equally strong turnout.

Meanwhile, BetMGM Poker is also hosting its ongoing Fall Poker Showdown online series, featuring 37 baseball-themed tournaments with over $1 million in guaranteed prize pools. The series concludes with two major events — the $250 Moonshot and the $500 Captain — each guaranteeing $100,000 in prize money.
