November is shaping up to be one of the busiest months of the year for live poker in North America. Three major festivals — the PokerStars North American Poker Tour (NAPT) Las Vegas, the Borgata Fall Poker Open in Atlantic City, and the WSOP Circuit Montreal in Canada, are all running simultaneously, offering players across the continent an abundance of choice and millions of dollars in prize money.

NAPT Las Vegas: PokerStars Returns to the Strip

After roaring back to life in 2023, the PokerStars North American Poker Tour has cemented its place on the calendar once again. The 2025 edition runs November 3–12 at Resorts World Las Vegas, one of the city’s newest and most luxurious poker destinations.

The schedule features a wide range of buy-ins from $330 to $25,000, capped by the $5,300 NAPT Main Event, which boasts a $3 million guaranteed prize pool. Supporting events include the $1,100 PokerStars Open with a $500,000 guarantee, the $330 Women’s Event, and a $1,100 Women’s High Roller — all of which reinforce PokerStars’ continued focus on accessibility and inclusivity in live poker.

Players were able to qualify online through the PokerStars US and PokerStars Ontario platforms, with satellites starting at just a few dollars. The festival’s return to Las Vegas not only signals a renewed commitment to the North American market but also offers players the classic Vegas experience: high-stakes action, elite competition, and a vibrant poker atmosphere on the Strip.

Borgata Fall Poker Open: Atlantic City Revival

The Borgata Fall Poker Open has made its long-awaited return to the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City. Running November 4–18, this series marks the first full Fall Poker Open in five years and organizers have gone big for the relaunch, posting more than $2 million in guaranteed prize pools across over twenty events.

The centerpiece is the $2,700 Championship Event, featuring a $1 million guarantee, alongside popular formats like the Almighty Stack, Deepstack Mystery Bounty, Survivor, and Black Chip Bounty tournaments. Buy-ins range from $200 up to $5,300, catering to a wide spectrum of players.

Qualifiers were available through BetMGM Poker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, allowing players to win seats online for as little as $2. The Borgata’s blend of East Coast prestige and deep poker roots makes it an ideal stop for those seeking a major tournament feel without the travel demands or expenses of Las Vegas.

For many, this series represents a nostalgic return to form for one of poker’s most storied venues, and an important step in revitalizing Atlantic City’s live poker scene.

WSOP Circuit Montreal: Rings, Not Bracelets

North of the border, Playground Poker Club in Montreal, Canada is once again hosting the WSOP Circuit Montreal running November 3–18. The festival features 18 gold ring events, with buy-ins from C$400 to C$5,000 and a C$2,500 Main Event that typically draws massive fields.

Playground, recently named World’s Best Poker Room at the Global Poker Index Awards, continues to set the standard for Canadian poker. The WSOP-C series brings with it international prestige, offering players the chance to win official WSOP Circuit rings and qualify for the 2026 Tournament of Champions.

Satellites ran on GGPoker and GGPoker Ontario, giving both local and international players affordable ways to secure seats. With Playground’s world-class amenities, deep structures, and enthusiastic crowds, the Montreal stop is expected to attract pros and recreational players alike from across Canada and beyond.

A Month of Opportunity

Between the three festivals, November 2025 offers players an unprecedented spread of major live events across North America. From the glitz of Las Vegas to the nostalgia of Atlantic City and the energy of Montreal, there’s something for every bankroll and every style of player.

Each stop offers not just massive prize pools but also the chance to experience poker’s diversity, from PokerStars’ sleek branding and televised production, to Borgata’s East Coast legacy, to the WSOP’s storied rings and global recognition.

Whether you’re chasing hardware, hunting value, or just eager to get back on the live circuit, November’s calendar is as stacked as it gets. Pack your bags, charge your devices, and prepare for one of the most exciting poker months in recent memory.
