The operator has committed to returning nearly all of its rake through promotions, bonuses, and overlays, a strategy that ensures there is never a shortage of offers. Whether it’s free tickets or Poker Bonus rewards, BetRivers always has something running to keep its players active.
This time, the site is rolling out four separate promotions, two of which are revamped versions of existing ones. The first is the returning SNG Startup, now back as SNG Startup PLUS, giving players the chance to win higher-value daily free tickets.
The second is the Priority Satellite Pass, where players can earn back 10% of their buy-in in satellite tickets simply by pre-registering and playing the event.
Additionally, the Cash Game Leaderboard promotion, extended several times already, is now set to continue until January 11, 2026, awarding players a share of over $11,000 every week. There’s also the Witching Hour promotion, active since October and now extended through December 22, which rewards players with $1 in Poker Bonus for every $5 in rake generated during late-night hours.

New BetRivers Promos
SNG Startup PLUS launched on December 2 and runs through January 7, 2026. Like previous iterations, players earn a free SNG Select ticket (operator’s lottery sit and go format) just for playing SNG Select. Under the PLUS version, players can win up to $25 in free tickets every day.
There’s no opt-in required. Players must simply complete five SNG Select tournaments of the same stake using cash entry in a single day. They are then credited one free ticket of that same stake, up to $25. So a player who completes five $5 SNG Selects receives a $5 ticket, while someone who plays five $25 SNG Selects receives a $25 ticket.
The highlight of this promotion is that players can claim free tickets every day during the entire promotional period. Rewards are credited within 96 hours of each day’s end, and tickets remain valid for seven days.
For MTT players, BetRivers has introduced another new promotion: Priority Satellite Pass. This gives players a satellite ticket equal to 10% of the tournament’s buy-in simply for pre-registering and playing any event with a buy-in of $5 or more, effectively returning the full rake.
There is no opt-in needed here either. Players can enter multiple eligible tournaments per day and earn multiple satellite tickets. For example, if a player registers for $5, $10, $20, and $50 tournaments on the same day, they would receive $8.50 in total satellite ticket value. These rewards can be earned daily until December 21.
Cash Game Leaderboards & Witching Hour
The Cash Game Leaderboards have been extended repeatedly and remain one of BetRivers Poker’s most popular promotions. There are three separate leaderboards each week, tailored to different stake levels. All three leaderboards pay the top 20 finishers weekly, giving high-volume players a meaningful boost to their bankrolls.
Leaderboard points are based on rake generated, awarding 10 points for every $1 in rake paid. Low-stakes players also receive an extra $2 in Poker Bonus for every 100 points earned (up to $10 weekly). Weekly prizes are issued as bonus money with minimal wagering requirements, releasing $2 for every $0.01 in rake generated.

The leaderboard promotion is currently scheduled to run through January 11, 2026, though BetRivers may extend it once again in the new year.
The Witching Hour is a late-night Happy Hour-style promotion offering Poker Bonus rewards for play during a specific window. Now extended until December 22, it gives players $1 in Poker Bonus for every $5 in rake generated between 12 am and 3 am ET. As they put it, “Night Owls Get Rewarded.”
For example, a player who generates $100 in rake during this window earns $20 in Poker Bonus, essentially 20% rakeback. These bonuses are not instantly withdrawable, but clearing them is straightforward. In this promotion, every 1 cent of rake clears $5 in Poker Bonus, meaning players only need to generate 4 cents of rake to unlock $20 in rewards.
All Poker Bonuses from this promotion are credited within 96 hours of each day’s play.
