Jump in and watch the newest poker show in town, Hellmuth’s Home Game. Fronted by BetRivers Poker ambassador Phil Hellmuth, the show features a star-studded lineup, zero commentary and $25/$50/$50 No Limit Texas Hold’em all set under the bright studio lights of the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada.

You can watch the show on CBS Sports on Monday’s at 8.30pm. Don’t have CBS Sports? Not a problem. Just wait for it to be uploaded to Poker Night in America’s YouTube Channel. The first episode is free to watch below.

The Hellmuth’s Home Game line up includes the Poker Brat himself along with Dan “Jungleman” Cates, WPT Global Ambassador Xuan Liu, DJ “Chris” Washburn, and Randy “3Coin” Sadler. Hellmuth’s son Phillip Hellmuth III is also at the table, as he continues to follow in his fathers footsteps. The younger Hellmuth has been playing at this year’s World Series of Poker (WSOP) in his own hunt for bracelets, but he has yet to take home any hardware.

Hellmuth’s Home Game has zero commentary, the focus being solely on the players, so that (according to Hellmuth) viewers feel like they are at the table with the star-studded lineup.

Despite this being an unusual format for a poker show to take (much loved shows like PokerStars’ The Big Game on Tour utilizes commentary), it is perhaps a distant cousin to GGPoker’s TV Show Game of Gold which amassed hundreds of thousands of views and also did not use traditional commentary. Rather, it focused on table talk and the chat from players on the rail. This created a much more dynamic viewing experience, something Hellmuth’s Home game no doubt wants to replicate.

BetRivers Poker Off To Strong Start

BetRivers Poker is continuing to gain momentum and carve out its market share since its successful launch in Delaware, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Hellmuth officially signed on to represent the brand back in January of this year. As you would expect from Hellmuth, he is now decked out in BetRivers merch as he helps promote the brand to new players.

At the time of Hellmuth’s signing, it was stated via press release that Hellmuth would be both a brand ambassador and content partner with players seeing him promote not just poker but also casino and sports.

“Phil Hellmuth is a living legend whose influence extends far beyond the poker table to all gamblers, and we are excited to welcome him to the BetRivers family,” said Richard Schwartz, CEO of Rush Street Interactive (RSI) said back in January. Hellmuth not only joins poker pro Phil Galfond as a brand ambassador, but joins the wider BetRivers brand that includes ambassadors such as NFL and NBA players.

BetRivers Poker recently boosted tournament guarantees across the board and added a new cash game leaderboard. The leaderboard promotion was launched at the end of last month and will run for two weeks. It will pay out $22,000 in total prizes across both No Limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha tables, rewarding high-volume play across all stakes.

“This is a big moment for us,” Phil Galfond, poker alum and creator of the platform that powers BetRivers Poker, said in a statement to pokerfuse. “Seeing players from Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Delaware finally sharing tables is exciting, especially for those in West Virginia who are getting the poker platform they deserve, and those in Delaware who haven’t had a place to play for the past 18 months.”
