888poker’s popular UK Poker League (UKPL) will be traveling to Blackpool next month for the second stop on the 2026 schedule. The Blackpool festival takes place May 5 — 10 at Grosvenor Casino, highlighted by the £560 Main Event.
Players from the UK will have an opportunity to secure their Main Event seats via a special satellite challenge campaign, running April 11 — May 2. The challenge is hosted by 888poker, culminating in a big freeroll satellite on May 3 that will see the top 30 finishers receive entries into the Main Event.
The 2026 UKPL is off to a great start. The season-opening Luton Main Event broke the attendance record with 556 entries and a prize pool of just over £264,000. The operator is looking to keep the momentum going, giving players different opportunities to join the action in Blackpool.
Play Online Tournaments to Qualify for the Freeroll
To secure your spot in the May 3 UKPL Blackpool Freeroll, you need to complete just one task: play at least 50 online tournaments between April 11 and May 2, 2026. The minimum buy-in for the tournaments to count toward the campaign is $5, and BLAST tournaments are included.
